Teen Patti The Ranking of Hands

Teen patti is a very popular card game in India. In case you are playing it online, you can buy teen patti chipsfrom www.fuelmygame.com.

Those who are new to the rules of this card game; we have a ranking order of the cards to get you started. Those who are pro; you can take this blog as a revision class.
The following is the ranking of the cards from the highest to the lowest:

Trio/Three of a kind/ Trail:
Three cards of the same rank. The highest possible cards are called trails. Three aces are the best trio and three twos are the lowest.
Straight run/ Pure Sequence:
Pure sequence represents the same three consecutive/continuous/ serial cards of the same suit. Highest straight run is A-2-3, and then A-K-Q, K-Q-J and the lowest is 4-3-2.
Normal Run:
Normal run represents three consecutive /continuous/ serial cards, but all cards of the different suit.  A-2-3 is the best normal run, then A-K-Q, K-Q-J and so on down to 4-3-2. 2-A-K is not valid.
Flush/Color:
A flush occurs when all the three cards are of the same suit. When comparing two colors, compare the highest card; if these are equal compare the second highest; if these are equal too, compare the lowest. A, K, J is the highest Flush and 2, 3, 5 is the lowest.
Two of a kind/ Pair:
Out of three cards, when two of them are of the same ranks, they are known as “Two of a kind”. Between two such hands, compare the pair first, then the odd card if these are equal. A-A-K is the highest possible pair and 2-2-3 is the lowest.
High Card:
A high card is said when three cards do not belong to any of the above type. Compare the highest card first, then the second highest, then the lowest.
Any hand of a higher type beats any hand of a lower type - for example the lowest run 4-3-2 beats the best color A-K-J. The game can either be played with real money or teen patti chips to make it more interesting.
